We are looking for a Senior Commercial Excellence Consultant to join our office in Copenhagen. The role requires you to seek out opportunities, identify new business and help developing our portfolio of existing business. You have that unique skillset of both commercial and business understanding and technical and data management insight to best understand and manage costumers’ needs and wants. You will be challenged with a variety of projects within Pharma & Life Science sales & marketing and will be providing process, training, technical advice, and hands-on delivery to the Pharma & Life Science Industry.  

The role requires extensive experience from project management, documentation and change management. The role also requires you to have knowledge of digital and omnichannel marketing, implementation and configuration of CRM systems, and business intelligence.

Our new Senior Commercial Excellence Consultant is expected to have an in-depth understanding of and extensive experience with the Pharma & Life Science Industry’s special sales and marketing processes. You showcase solid business acumen, ownership, initiative, and strong communication skills. You are motivated by developing solutions in close collaboration with costumers and colleagues.

Your professional qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree within business or IT
• Extensive experience and network within the Pharma & Life Science Industry
• Business approach and technical understanding from CRM systems, such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, IQVIA OCE, or Salesforce.com Sales & Marketing Cloud.
• Linguistically, you are a master at expressing yourself both orally and visually in English. Skills within German, Italian, Spanish, or French would be a very appreciated plus.
