Tasks and responsibilities
As Commercial Excellence Consultant, you will be a part of a team of problem solvers, with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve commercial excellence issues from strategy to execution. You will typically be involved in all project phases, focusing on understanding business objectives, identifying possible solutions for design, configuration, and education of clients’ CRM eco-systems.  Solutions will rely heavily on Salesforce and Veeva.

Among your responsibilities will be:
– to be or become a specialist in developing and executing transformational client experiences to best fit their business challenges and needs. 
– diligently and thoroughly managing and completing projects and deliverables.
– staying abreast of latest developments, business, and technical evolutions by seeking knowledge and enhancing your skillet through relevant courses and certifications.

Education and preferred experience, your contribution could include these areas:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree
  • Certified Admin and hands-on experience with
  • Veeva CRM, Multichannel solutions, Veeva Vault
  • Sales or Marketing Automation Project Experience
  • Business IT Project Manager
  • com, – Sales and Marketing Cloud
  • Mulesoft and Salesforce integration
  • Java, SQL, HTML5, Multichannel Marketing

Language requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate ideas effectively, visually, in writing, and verbally
– Communication skills in German, Italian, Spanish or French is an advantage

Per brings significant experience from national and global positions in the life science industry.  Per is focusing on business processes, salesforce excellence, Key Account Management, multichannel selling, management and cross-functional coordination.

Per also brings experience with FMCG and social media channels, and sees the wider perspective, when it comes to the business needs for our customers.

He has held local, regional and global management positions within multiple market leading pharmaceutical companies. René is certified Veeva CRM admin and certified Veeva Multichannel admin.
